Your educational and professional goals are unique, just like you. Our master’s program lets you choose among course-based, thesis, or major project options and allows you to select courses from programs in the Faculty of Social and Applied Sciences, the Faculty of Management, and the Centre for Applied Leadership and Management. Our Doctor of Social Sciences program – the only one of its kind in Canada – invites you to analyze complex problems through an applied research doctorate.
With the guidance of interdisciplinary scholars, you can build a comprehensive graduate degree to help you create knowledge and find effective solutions.
Blended Learning Model
Our doctoral program relies on our blended learning model, which combines online coursework with intensive residencies on campus. Our master’s program can be completed entirely online or integrate a residency from another program into a blended model.
When you’re ready to choose RRU, we have options to help you get started. If you don’t have the formal academic requirements to start your program through our Standard Admission program, you might qualify for our Flexible Admission process, where we look at your lifelong learning combined with your educational history.
